Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for store credit or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with all tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.

Refunds

All sales are final, we offer exchange only or store credit. 

Shipping

Customer is responsible for exchange/return shipping costs, and Planeta will cover any shipping costs back to the customer.
